Q. Does EOILCOLAB® sell to the retail industry, or to retailers directly.
A. EOILCOLAB® does not sell it products to the general public. EOILCOLAB® raw materials and ingredients are intended for use in the flavor, fragrance, pharmaceutical, agricultural industries, or for related manufacturing purposes.
Q. Does EOILCOLAB® sell to aromatherapist or practitioners of other natural modalities.
A. EOILCOLAB® does not sell it products to the general public. EOILCOLAB® raw materials and ingredients are available to aromatherapy re-packer and distribution companies.
Q. Are all EOILCOLAB® raw materials or ingredients listed on the Ingredient Manager™?
A. Not all EOILCOLAB® ingredients are available for purchase on the Ingredient Manager™. If you cannot find the ingredient you are looking for, please contact us.
Q. Does EOILCOLAB® issue a standard price list?
A. No, EOILCOLAB® does not issue price list due to market volatility. In addition, all pricing listed on the EOILCOLAB® Ingredient Manager™ is subject to final confirmation.
Q. What is EOILCOLAB® standard lead time?
A. Standard lead times vary according to product availability and quantity available. 5-10 Business days should be allowed for preparation of shipment.
Q. What does EXW "ExWorks" stand for ?
A. This term means that the seller (EOILCOLAB®) fulfills its obligation to deliver when it has made the goods available at its premises (i.e. works, factory, warehouse, etc.) to the buyer. The seller is not responsible for loading the goods on the vehicle provided by the buyer. Unless otherwise agreed, the seller is not responsible for clearing the goods for export.
Incoterms or international commercial terms, such as EXW, are a series of international sales terms, published by International Chamber of Commerce (ICC).
Q. Does EOILCOLAB® offer payment terms, such as NET 15 or NET 30?
A.
No, EOILCOLAB® does not offer credit terms. All orders are to be paid in advance of importation or shipment.
Q. Does EOILCOLAB® offer samples of its ingredients?
A. Yes, EOILCOLAB® provides pre-shipment verification samples, free of cost to clients in over 80 countries around the world.
When you place an order with EOILCOLAB®, a pre shipment sample is available if one is requested. Your credit card will not charged until you approve the pre shipment sample; if one was requested.
If our pre-shipment verification sample does not meet your expectations or requirements, we will cancel your order at your immediate request. There is no cancellation fee or sample fee if you choose to do so. For ingredients with a value in excess of $1000.00USD/KG, a small non-refundalble sample fee will be assessed.
Due to increasing domestic & international shipping costs, we are no longer able to ship samples of our products without a charge. For laboratories, consumer products companies, and manufacturers, please be prepared to bear the cost of shipping the samples.
Samples are not lot specific. They are representative of the average quality, odor, color, and taste that should be expected.
eoilcolab cannot send samples for home or personal use.
eoilcolab cannot send samples to a PO Box address.
Q. Can I download SPEC (Specification), TDS (Technical Data), or MSDS (Material Safety Data) sheets from the EOILCOLAB® Ingredient Manager™ ?
A. Currently, this function has been disabled. Please contact your sales representative or send an email to support@eoilcolab.com with your request.
Q. Does EOILCOLAB® drop ship?
A. Yes, EOILCOLAB® can drop ship its ingredients at a clients request. DC fees may apply.
Q. Are EOILCOLAB® ingredients currently available outside the US & Canada?
A. We are currently in the process of appointing agents and distributors outside the United States & Canada.
